Seriously where HAVE y’all been?? Y’all aint catch songs like “Broken Hearted Girl”? “Jealous”? “Resentment”? “I Care”? “Start Over”? “Disappear”? Even “Partition” if you read between the lines (@ “Take all of me; I just want be the girl you like; the kinda girl you like is right here with me”). Baby has been suffering for YEARS before dropped Lemonade and “Rather Die Young” basically explains why she’s been staying with him. Tbh I could write a whole essay on why she hasn’t left his ass. Its an emotionally abusive relationship but sis has been groomed through the years and I doubt she’ll ever leave at this point…
Here’s my issue, Beyonce has been saying that Jay Z is a cheater, and people didn’t believe her. Even when Lemonade came out people thought she was lying and just tryna make money. It took Jay Z coming out with 4:44 for people to take what she’s been saying for years seriously. A woman saying it for years wasn’t enough, it had to be confirmed by a man.
